"Drukkersmarkt" held on Saturday 23 May 2026 was one of weekend event commemorating the (re)opening of Museum Indruk in Meppel.

When it first opened on May 22, 1986, this museum was called the "Grafisch Museum Drenthe." Later, in 1995, it was renamed the "Drukkerijmuseum Meppel ." This name more accurately reflected the museum's philosophy of preserving, exhibiting, and passing on all aspects of the printing industry to future generations.
And exactly 40 years later, on May 22, 2026, this history took a new step forward as the "Museum Indruk"

You can walk past historical machines that are still in service today, admire the precision work of typesetters, and discover how an idea transforms into tangible printed matter.
